When visiting the website


When you visit my website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of the website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

  • Date and time of access,

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,

  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),

  • browser used and, if necessary, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.


The mentioned data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection of the website,

  • Ensuring comfortable use of our website,

  • Evaluation of system security and stability as well for

  • further administrative purposes.


The legal basis for the data processing is Art.6 Abs.1 S.1 lit.f DSGVO. The legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. In no case do I use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you. In addition, I use cookies and analysis services when visiting the website. Further explanations can be found below.

Using the contact form  


For questions of any kind, I offer you the opportunity to contact me via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a name and a valid e-mail address so that I know who the request came from and to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The processing of data for the purpose of contacting me takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) S.1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data collected for the use of the contact form will be deleted after completion of the request you have made.


Transfers to third countries  


If data is processed in a third country (ie outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)), or in the context of the use of third party services or disclosure, or transmission of data to third parties, this will only be done if it is to fulfill my (pre) contractual obligations, on the basis of your consent, on the basis of a legal obligation or on the basis of legitimate interests. Subject to legal or contractual permissions, I process or let the data in a third country only in the presence of the special conditions of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. That the processing is e.g. on the basis of specific guarantees, such as the officially recognized level of data protection (eg for the US through the Privacy Shield) or compliance with officially recognized special contractual obligations (so-called “standard contractual clauses”).


Collaboration with processors and third parties  


If, as part of the processing, I disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transmit them to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of a legal permission (eg if the data are transmitted to third parties, as to payment service providers, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to fulfill the contract), you have consented to a legal obligation or on the basis of my legitimate interests (eg the use of agents, webhosters, etc.). If we commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called “contract processing contract”, this is done on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.

1. Use of Calendly

We use the appointment booking function "Calendly" of the provider Calendly LLC (BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) on our website. When using this function, we collect and process your personal data (first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number, message text, membership number if applicable) only to the extent provided by you.


The data processing serves the purpose of assigning appointments as well as user friendliness. Calendly uses technologies such as cookies. The following information, among others, may be collected and transmitted to Calendly: IP address, date and time of the page view, device model, information about the browser you are using and the operating system you are using as well as the location.


Your data may be transmitted to third countries such as the USA. For the USA, there is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission.

The processing of your personal data for booking appointments is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the fulfillment of the contract concluded with us or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The processing of your personal data taking place through the use of cookies is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from our overriding legitimate interest in offering a quick and uncomplicated way to contact us and make an appointment. You have the right to object to this processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.

2. Use of WhatsApp Business

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we use the WhatsApp Business version of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland; "WhatsApp"). If you are located outside the European Economic Area, this service is provided by WhatsApp Inc. (1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).


The data processing is used to process and respond to your contact request. For this purpose, we collect and process your mobile phone number stored with WhatsApp, your name if provided, and other data to the extent provided by you. We use a mobile device for the service, in whose address book only data of users who have contacted us via WhatsApp are stored. A transfer of personal data to WhatsApp, without that you have already consented to WhatsApp, does not take place.


Your data will be transmitted by WhatsApp to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.


There is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission for the USA. The data transfer takes place, among other things, on the basis of standard contractual clauses as appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data, viewable at: (


If the contact serves the implementation of pre-contractual measures (e.g. consultation in case of interest in purchase, preparation of an offer) or concerns a contract already concluded between you and us, this data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.


If the contact is made for other reasons, this data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO from our overriding legitimate interest in providing a quick and easy contact and answering your inquiry. In this case, you have the right to object at any time to this processing of personal data relating to you based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO for reasons arising from your particular situation.


We will only use your personal data to process your request. Your data will then be deleted in compliance with legal retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

The hosting services I use are designed to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage and database services, e-mailing, security, and technical maintenance services I use to operate this online service. Here we, or our hosting provider, process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this online offer on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of this online offer acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR i.V.m. Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of contract processing contract). 




I use cookies on my website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit my site. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software. The cookie stores information, depending on the specific device used. However, this does not mean that I am immediately aware of your identity.


On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of my offer more pleasant for you. The tracking measures listed below and implemented by me are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR. With the tracking measures I want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of my website. On the other hand, I use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of my website and to evaluate for the purpose of optimizing my offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified within the meaning of the aforementioned provision. Google Analytics  


For the purpose of customizing and continually optimizing our pages, I use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ( (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereafter “Google”). In this context, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

are transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with any other data provided by Google. The IP addresses are anonymized, so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).

On this website, we use the Facebook Pixel of Facebook, a social media network of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The code implemented on this page can evaluate the behavior of visitors who have come to this website from a Facebook ad. This can be used to improve Facebook ads and this information is collected and stored by Facebook. The collected data is not visible to us but can only be used within the scope of advertising advertisements. The use of the Facebook pixel code also sets cookies.

Google Adwords Conversion Tracking  


In order to statistically record the use of my website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer’s website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Every Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers hear the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the required setting of a cookie – for example, via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies. Social Media Plug-Ins

When you visit my website, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited my website with your IP address. On my website functions of the service Instagram are integrated. These features are provided by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. If you are logged in to your Instagram account, you can link the contents of my website to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit to our pages with your user account.


We point out that as a provider of the pages I am not aware of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Instagram. The use of the Instagram plugin is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Affected rights  


You have the right to:


  • confirm of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);

  • correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR);

  • to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;

  • receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);

  • file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).


In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.


Right to object


Likewise, under art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller’s future processing of their data pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. in particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.


Data deletion and storage


The personal data of the data subject will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted. It may also be stored if European or national laws or regulations apply to which the controller is subject. A blocking or deletion of the data takes place even if a storage period prescribed by the mentioned regulations expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for a conclusion of contract or a fulfillment of the contract.


Integration of services and contents of third parties


On the basis of my legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of my online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f. GDPR) I use content or services from third-party providers on my website, such as videos or fonts (collectively referred to as “content”).


This presupposes that the third-party providers of the content perceive the IP address of the users, as it is required for the presentation of the content. I strive to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content.


Third parties may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also referred to as “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. The “pixel tags” can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user’s device and may include, but is not limited to, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring web pages, visit time, and other information regarding the use of our online offer.

I use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties.
