A lot of people are sceptical and scared to try Kundalini bodywork because the body's reactions of people can be quite intense. A Kundalini awakening is indeed a very powerful process that has to treated with attention.

My facilitator training allowed me to learn all the necessary tools to clear the pathway for our Kundalini to rise in a safe way, transforming trauma and dense emotions first.

However, it is important to mention that you will be in full control about everything that is happening throughout the session. Your mind will stop you from going further in the process if you don't feel safe enough to surrender.

Yes. It is not mandatory to work with me somatically. I like to combine both, coaching and Kundalini bodywork because I believe that real transformation happens on all different layers: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Nevertheless, every person is in a different stage of their self-discovery journey. If you feel more comfortable to work on yourself through conversations only, I am more than happy to do this with you.

A lot of clients booked me for talk-therapy in the first place, deciding to try Kundalini bodywork at a later stage when enough trust has been gained.

Prices are individual, depending on many different factors. Group sessions for example have a different cost than private sessions.
